Just last week, I was sent to a 3 days conference in UST. It is about research papers from different parts of the country. I must say that I really appreciate the papers that were presented but too bad for me because, I was not able to get any of it as a reference for my thesis paper.
Anyway, going there doesn’t require me to wear formal. Yeah! With that, I can go casual and be comfortable with anything that I will wear. Talking about freedom right?
First day, I wore my classic pieces to test the waters as they say. I want to see first how the people at the event look like then by the second day I will try to wear something that goes with them. That’s why I think, my first day attire is not that worth posting. I just wore a pink blouse and a denim pants partnered with a canvass shoes. It is easy going and very safe to blend in a university.
While for the second day of the conference, I wore a very comfortable checkered dress and an elevated pair sandals (just in case it will rain and the roads will be wet again). Wearing that attire made me feel child-like. It brought me back to the days of playing while wearing my little dress.
In this look:
Blue Green Checkered Dress- Fab Chic
Elevated Black Sandals– bought by mom at Baclaran
Silver necklace with heart pendant– won from a blog giveaway
Silver heart chained bracelet– Chouette,Hongkong
Silver Couple’s Watch– Unisilver
Simple yet lovely. Nothing beats casual-formal wears. Always ready to go.
